The HP Officejet Pro 7740 is an all-in-one wide format printer that gives users the ability to print, copy, scan or fax all from one machine. It can print, scan and copy documents up to A3 size, which makes it ideal for creating bright presentations and documents, both in the office and at home. This printer provides a professional standard of prints at a great value price, giving fast print speeds and incorporating an easy to use touchscreen display that has shortcuts to speed up its operation.

 

Design

 

The beauty of the HP Officejet Pro 7740 is that it includes four different machines in one handy unit, thus taking up considerably less space in an office. It measures 15.1" x 23" x 18.4" and will look smart in any business environment. The printer benefits from HP’s sleek white finish and all the functions can be easily controlled via the smartphone style screen. It includes a second paper tray that can accommodate an additional 250-sheets, to increase the overall capacity up to 500-sheets. This model is also capable of automatic two sided printing and the 35 page auto document feeder can be used for sheets up to legal size.

Disadvantages
